The spout cover ring has a 1-1/2 inch inner diameter and 3-5/8 inch outer diameter, while the foam gasket has a 1/2 inch inner diameter and 3-1/2 inch outer diameter.

Please make sure your 1/2'' water pipe is between 1-1/2'' and 2-7/8'' from the finished wall. Check that the outside of the 5/8'' tube is smooth before installing the spout.
